I’m Tracy, the person responsible for tending The Giggle Garden. Since 1987, I’ve been married to Jeff, the one God made for me. I have 6 practically perfect kids, 3 wonderful kids-in-law, and 12 indescribably precious grandbabies. I’ve been an educator for the majority of my life, teaching in both the public school system and homeschooling. I have been dabbling in balloon art since the 1990’s. I recently decided to get serious about it and began planting The Giggle Garden.

The Giggle Garden is at…a birthday party with children, full of innocence and laughter…a school event where talents are displayed, special abilities are recognized, and memories are made…a baby shower or gender reveal where a beautiful baby celebrates in the security of Mom’s tummy. Or, perhaps in a 90-years-young heart that has never lost the joy that each day brings.
